From Orange Park:
Take SR21, (Blanding Blvd.) south to Palmetto Street. Make a left on Palmetto Street. Take Plametto Street until it deadends into Main Street. Make a right on Main Street. The church will be on your left.
From south of Middleburg:
Take SR21, (Blanding Blvd.) north to where Main Street veers off to the right. The church will be on your right hand side.
